- You are responsible for ensuring that all participants in your booking meet any requirements set by the supplier.
Payments
- All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a payment, you also agree to Stripe's terms of service.
- Prices are displayed in GBP (£) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Your booking is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.
Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellation and refund terms are set by the individual supplier and will be displayed before you confirm your booking.
- Tagoora reserves the right to cancel or modify bookings in exceptional circumstances, including supplier unavailability or force majeure events. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
- Refund requests outside of the supplier's stated cancellation policy are at Tagoora's discretion.
4. Supplier Terms
Listing Experiences

- Subscription fees, where applicable, are charged in advance and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
Earnings and Settlements
- Supplier earnings are calculated net of Tagoora's commission and any applicable charges.
- Settlements are processed according to Tagoora's payment schedule, as communicated in the Tagoora Wallet app.
